- Sola Abulu and Associates reserves the right to suspend or revoke your access without a refund in cases of misuse, such as unauthorized sharing, distribution, or duplication of course content.
- You agree that Sola Abulu and Associates reserves the right to revoke your access if any form of infringement on our intellectual property or any form of negative online activity is discovered
1.4 Sola Abulu and Associates reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Website and any service or material that we provide on the Website without notice. Sola Abulu and Associates shall not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period for reasons outside of our control due to service outages from third-party providers or general internet issues. ARTICLE 6; PAYMENT TERMS AND REFUND POLICY
6.1 Payment Conditions
- Full payment is required before accessing any course. All payments are processed via Paystack, which offers local currency and USD options. Any bank or conversion fees are the responsibility of the user.
- In all cases, your bank will advise on applicable local charges before payment. Please note that we can only provide access to the course once payment has been received. Email confirmation from Paystack usually confirms successful transfer of funds to their platform as applicable. If you have any issues with payment, please let us know immediately.
- You agree that payment of the full price activates access to the course. We do not offer partial or installment payment options.

6.2 Refundable Policy
- If a duly purchased course content has not been accessed at all and a request for a refund is made within 0- 7 days of payment – 95% refund will be made as 5% will be retained to cover processing fees as applicable.
- If not more than 15 minutes of the 1st module of the purchased course has been viewed and a refund request is made within 7 days of purchase of the course – 80% of the purchase fee will be refunded.
- If more than 15 minutes of the 1st module or any of the modules has been viewed, no refund will be applicable.
6.3 Access Duration
- Course access is limited to a specified period (usually six weeks) from the purchase date. Requests for extensions will only be granted at the discretion of Sola Abulu & Associates and only if at least 50% of total content was viewed before the request for extension was made. The number of days granted is at the discretion of Sola Abulu & Associates. Not more than one extension period can be granted to any user for a specific course at any time.
ARTICLE 7; CONTENT USAGE POLICY
7.1 Limited Access and Non-Downloadable Content
- Course content remains accessible on training@solaabuluassociates.com for six weeks and shall not be downloaded. All materials remain the property of Sola Abulu & Associates.
7.2 Quiz Engagement Requirement
- Progress through the course requires successful quiz completion with a specifiedpass rate to unlock subsequent modules. This ensures full engagement and learning retention.
- A handout of key messages from the course will be shared after completion of the course. Learners are encouraged to engage with the course content as much as possible for the duration of the course and send questions and comments via the platform or by email. The tutor will respond and provide more clarity via audio or video notes or chat messages to explain or clarify any areas that may not be clear. There is also the opportunity to request a 15 – 30-minute zoom session at a mutual time of convenience to go over aspects of the course if necessary.
ARTICLE 8; REPUTATION AND NON-DISPARAGEMENT
- You agree not to use our content or name in any offensive, defamatory, unlawful or degrading manner.
ARTICLE 9; USER FEEDBACK AND SUPPORT
9.1 Reporting Issues
- You can report technical or content-related issues via email to training@solaabuluassociates.com and we promise to do our best to respond within 48 hours.
9.2 Course Content Support
- Content-related questions can be directed to the course tutor, Sola Abulu, via email or the platform for a response within 48 hours.
ARTICLE 10: CERTIFICATION
Certificates are issued by Sola Abulu & Associates (SA&A) in line with the provision and guidelines from our accreditation partners, CPDSO https://directory.cpdstandards.com/providers/sola-abulu-associates-saa/ and upon completion of all the respective course modules as confirmed by the platform. Please note that certificates are issued via email by the training@solaabuluassociates.com Once the modules are completed, learners are advised to email us on completion to have the course certificate generated and emailed within 3 working days. This enables us to engage with the learners in real-time, to ensure customer satisfaction before closing out the process.
ARTICLE 11; CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms and conditions from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of this Website thereafter. Be rest assured that we will make provisions for you to be notified of the changes to our terms and you will be required to accept the new terms.
