Welcome to the Sola Abulu & Associates (SA&A) Strategic Communications Course. This course is designed for leaders, professionals, practitioners with a responsibility for managing internal or external communications for a business, brand, organization, institution or entity.

Module 2 focuses on Internal Communications. The learning objective of this module is to equip the learner with the basic concepts and building blocks for establishing an internal communications framework for an organization.

Module 3: Managing Reputation through Strategic Communication

This module focuses on the fundamentals of managing reputation through strategic communication. i..e strategic communication focused primarily on an external audiences and stakeholder groups.

Module 4: Practical Application: Developing Messaging that is Impactful and delivers tangible results

4th Module: In this video, Sola Abulu goes through the 4th module of the Strategic Communications Course. Focused on how to craft effective messaging for internal or external communications

Module 5: Enabling Leadership Communications

In this module, Sola Abulu focuses on leadership communications and illustrates why this is an important part of strategic communications in any context. The leader sets the tone for performance and culture in any organisation, institution, business, or political context. An important part of strategic communication is enabling effective leadership communications and working to help leaders develop their own voice and amplify their communications to internal and external audiences and stakeholders

Module 6 of the course: In this video, Sola talks through ways in which you can measure the impact of strategic communications, come up with measurements and identify key performance indicators.
